Price management
（1） Labor costs: The designated sales stores will set their own prices based on the complexity of the gold jewelry craftsmanship and market conditions;
（2） Retail management expenses: including five industry basic expenses such as taxes, store rent, labor, capital occupation, and others (such as water and electricity), the industry average cost, expressed in the form of retail rates.
（3） Gold price: Convert the real-time selling prices of full gold and thousand full gold based on the Shanghai Gold Exchange's standard gold price.
Promote and popularize
Utilize media to promote and popularize knowledge about standard gold jewelry to consumers, assess the extent of harm caused by purchasing non-standard gold jewelry and the dangers of wearing non-standard gold jewelry, and guide sales. The promotional expenses are shared by designated sales units.
Protecting interests
In order to safeguard the legitimate interests of designated sales units of standard gold jewelry, Fujian Baoxie requests government law enforcement departments to pay attention to the sales of non-standard gold jewelry units; For the serious quality problems of the gold jewelry sold, Fujian Baoxie will sue the local court on behalf of the industry interests.
Organizational structure
The first batch of participating units (Jindian) are ex officio members of the Fujian Provincial Standard Gold Jewelry Professional Committee. To prevent units lacking integrity from entering this organization, units applying for "designated sales of standard gold jewelry" must obtain the consent of more than two-thirds of the members of this organization.
Default handling
If a member of the Standard Gold Jewelry Professional Committee violates the provisions of Article 3 of these Measures regarding the gold content in gold jewelry, they shall be liable for a penalty of RMB 10000 for the first violation. If they violate the provisions for the second consecutive time, their membership shall be revoked and announced in the media.
